These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the conditions governing your access to and use of the Fantasy.AI Lite application and all related features and services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they define your legal rights and obligations when using the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
These Terms apply to all users (“you”, “Users”, or “Members”) of Fantasy.AI Lite. Additional policies, guidelines, or operational rules (“Operational Policies”) may apply to certain features or services. Where these Terms do not address a specific matter, the relevant Operational Policy or applicable law shall prevail.
To access the Service, you must agree to these Terms and complete the registration process. The Service contract becomes effective once your registration is approved.
Fantasy.AI Lite may refuse or revoke registration under the following circumstances:
If registration is denied or delayed, you will be notified where reasonably possible. Fantasy.AI Lite may provide tiered or limited access based on usage conditions, verification status, or internal operational needs.
These Terms will always be made accessible within the App or related pages. Fantasy.AI Lite may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable laws.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may terminate your account.
Important information, updates, or policy notices may be delivered through in-app notifications, system messages, or other reasonable means. Fantasy.AI Lite welcomes user feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns through appropriate channels.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, design elements, interfaces, graphics, logos, and trademarks—belong to Fantasy.AI Lite or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service strictly for personal and lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Reverse engineering, copying, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Service is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
You may review and update your personal information at any time through the App. Fantasy.AI Lite is not responsible for issues arising from failure to maintain accurate information. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.
Fantasy.AI Lite takes reasonable measures to protect user information. However, information may be accessed or disclosed when required by law, legal requests, or to prevent harm, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.
Inactive accounts may be deleted or archived after reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of any Content you create or upload.
By submitting Content through the Service, you grant Fantasy.AI Lite a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, reproduce, modify (for formatting or translation only), display, and distribute such Content solely for Service operation, improvement, and lawful purposes.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Fantasy.AI Lite may provide AI-powered features (“AI Services”). When using AI Services, you may submit images or other inputs. These inputs are used only to generate your requested outputs and are deleted after processing unless otherwise required by law.
AI-generated results are automated and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Fantasy.AI Lite does not guarantee outcomes and disclaims responsibility for user reliance on generated results.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
Fantasy.AI Lite does not actively monitor all Content but reserves the right to remove or restrict Content that violates laws, these Terms, or internal policies. Illegal Content may be reported to authorities when required.
The Service is generally available 24/7 but may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Fantasy.AI Lite may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service at any time. No compensation is provided unless required by law.
The Service may include advertisements. Certain notifications may be disabled except where legally required or essential for service operation.
Fantasy.AI Lite is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, user fault, or third-party systems. The Service is provided “as is,” and Fantasy.AI Lite disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law, especially for free features.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws, except where retention is legally required. Public or shared Content may remain accessible if previously shared by others.
Fantasy.AI Lite strictly prohibits child sexual exploitation content. Any such Content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Fantasy.AI Lite may offer subscription-based services that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the Google Play Store and renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Certain features or virtual items may be offered as one-time purchases. Such purchases are consumed immediately upon delivery and are non-transferable.
All payments, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. Fantasy.AI Lite does not independently issue refunds unless required by applicable law.
